My name is Bianca Musetti and I am a senior at FIU, graduating in December 2020 with a Bachelors of Science in Communication and a double minor in Marketing and Social Media with E-Marketing Analytics. Throughout my three and a half years at FIU, I have been able to further enhance my knowledge on various different industries that I have had the pleasure in working in. I have been able to work at a law firm, to a health clinic, to a social media manager and graphic designer. I have also been able to learn how passionate I am in working in the industry of technology and innovation. Along with being able to clarify what my career goals are, I have recently invested in my own business by partnering with Monat Global. This company is a vegan, plant based, and all natural hair and skin line that say no to using harmful toxins in their products, I have been able to create my personal quotas, brand myself, and learn about personal selling throughout my journey in this business. In my first month, I double ranked up two positions to an Associate Market Builder and have been successful in my business ever since. Once I graduate at FIU, I see myself working in the technology and Innovation industry with growth in either project management or marketing.

My Mission: I will start my career by finding a project coordination job in an innovative company and learn as much as I can to then become a project manager. I have always envisioned myself to stick with one company for the long term.

My Vision: I aspire to become a project manager in a large innovative and technological based company where I can then grow into becoming the Director of Digital Deployment overseeing all the different departments that have to do with releasing the latest Artificial Intelligence. While accomplishing my professional goals, I seek to consistently make a positive impact on the lives around me by setting my mark wherever I go.
